Ken Berscht , Hon.BA (Business), CEO, Director  

Mr. Berscht has an extensive international career in investment banking and finance.  Mr Berscht is qualified as a General Principal with the NASD and NYSE. He is also qualified as an Independent Financial Advisor in England and the IDA of Canada. Mr. Berscht has worked worldwide where his clients ranged from local investors to major international institutional investors and has specialized in bringing Asia investors to North American equity markets. 

He has been both a Director and Senior Officer of numerous publically traded technology and resource companies.  Mr. Berscht has recently completed the reorganization as President/CEO of major US based resource producer raising in excess of 50 million dollars.   Mr Berscht is an honours graduate from the University of Western Ontario Business School. He is a member of the Society of Mining and Metallurgy.

Albert Cook, BA, MD, Director

Dr. Cook will provide advice and guidance to the Company in all areas related to medicine, technology and the Internet. Dr. Cook is currently owner and medical director of Hemet Health Care Surgicenter, employing thirty-five employees and the Golden West Pain Center, another Surgicenter, employing twelve people. Dr. Cook is also Director and CEO of ScreenMD.com Inc. a private medical diagnostic Company. Dr. Cook practicing in the specialty of family practice for four years, then took a residency in anesthesiology and pain management at Los Angeles County General Hospital, University of Southern California Medical Center prior to forming his own medical centers. Dr. Cook has a Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA and a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of California at Irvine.     

William Philip Blase, MD, M.Sc. FACS, Director  

Dr. Blase has had a distinguished career in all aspects of the medical profession with a practice emphasis on Ophthalmology, a background in medical research, as well as administration and management issues of modern medical practice. Dr. Blase is also formerly a Trustee for a California District Hospital System. Dr Blase has also served eight years as a Trustee of the Valley Health System in Riverside California and has recently completed his term as Chairman of the Board. Dr. Blase is also a Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners, the American Board of Ophthalmology, and the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review. Dr. Blase has published numerous articles and several book chapters. Dr. Blase is a graduate of Dartmouth College, the University of Virginia School of Medicine and Oxford University, and did his medical post graduate training at Johns Hopkins.  

K. Arndt Erdmann, MD, Director  

Dr. Erdmann is currently the Director and Founder, Golden West Pain Therapy Center, Murrieta, and the Founding Partner, Newport Beach Surgery Center and the La Jolla orthopedic surgery center. Dr. Erdmann is currently a consultant to Medtronic Inc. and has been a new technology consultant to Maxwell Technologies.  Dr. Erdmann is also a Diplomat of the American Academy of Pain Management and Fellow of the American College of Anesthesiologists since 1974.  Dr Erdmann has Staff memberships at numerous institutions, including Scripps Hospital, Encinitas, and Healthsouth Surgery Center Sites in Encinitas, Murrieta and La Joya. 

Marilyn K. Harz, B.Sc., RN, Ph.D., Director

Dr. Harz is currently employed as a senior Vice President of a major medical provider operating in California. Dr. Harz has extensive experience in the development, implementation, education, and coordination of performance improvement activities, quality management, chart review, and case management.  She also has extensive administrative experience in the development, implementation, and coordination of various business applications. Dr Harz graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Rutherford New Jersey, Bachelor of Science - Nursing University of California, Los Angeles, California, Masters in Nursing, University of California, Los Angeles, California, Doctorate of Philosophy, Higher Ed.
